Here at Game Surplus, we are gamers first and foremost. Playing and promoting the kinds of games we sell— creating and taking advantage of opportunities to open others’ eyes to the world of games beyond Monopoly— was important to us long before we had any thought of going into business, and remains essential to us as we move forward. Our goal is to treat you the way we ourselves like to be treated, which means that we offer you great games at great prices, shipping charges based on the actual weight and destination of your orders, and prompt and personal customer service.

We have five children in our family, ages 9 through 17, who are an integral part of everything we do. Much of our family's life revolves around board games, starting with our own enjoyment of playing them together, branching out into community involvement, and now including our investment on so many levels through Game Surplus.

In addition to overseeing the day to day operations of the store, our family hosts monthly game nights at our local library, bringing our personal collection of games to share with others. We have also enjoyed opportunities to introduce our games within scholastic settings, and look for that to continue.
